Engineering, construction and maintenance for infrastructure and industry. Commissioning, performance optimisation and e-mobility for new and existing commercial buildings, with safety, tenant needs and energy efficiency in mind.
Fabrication, installation and maintenance of steel structures, industrial piping and mechanical systems for infrastructure and industrial facilities.
Fabrication and installation of equipment supports, platforms, stairways, walkways and other steel structures.
Fabrication and installation of process and utility piping, including stainless-steel piping and connections to mechanical equipment.
Installation of storage and treatment tanks, pumps, process equipment, conveyors and ductwork, with associated piping and support structures.
Maintenance, overhaul, replacement and modification of mechanical plant and equipment. Work is planned around equipment condition, safe access and the facility’s operating requirements.
We help owners of new and existing commercial buildings improve system reliability, tenant comfort and energy efficiency, with safety built into planning and delivery.
Our work covers system assessment, engineering proposals, upgrades and maintenance. The team has over 30 years of technical and tenant management experience.
We test new systems against agreed requirements and optimise existing systems for current operating needs. The work includes fault investigation, sensor calibration where required, control adjustments and performance verification.
For existing buildings, we measure results against an agreed baseline, accounting for operating conditions. The findings guide equipment investment and energy targets, support green building certification assessments and can inform an energy-saving contract.
We design, procure, install, commission and maintain EV charging facilities for commercial buildings, taking account of electrical capacity, parking arrangements and user needs.
Through our US partner, we also provide charging management covering payments, reservations, fleet management and customer support.

Scope
Installation of flue-gas treatment equipment, including instrumentation, ductwork and piping.
Risks are assessed before work begins, with appropriate mitigation measures and safety controls established. Unsafe conditions are reported and addressed before work resumes. Programme requirements do not override safe working.
Our engineers and site supervisors oversee execution, coordinate with clients and other contractors, and ensure work is carried out accurately, safely and in accordance with approved methods and technical specifications.
Work is monitored throughout execution to maintain workmanship and quality standards. Progress, constraints and changes are reported clearly, with issues raised promptly and corrective actions followed through.
Completed work is inspected and verified against agreed requirements, with testing and commissioning records provided where applicable. Outstanding items are documented and closed out.
